    1. I have received the email : change of administrator ! with an unknown email as new administrator wordpress “

      • “my website”
    2. This morning I connected to virexbuster.de/wp-admin, all seems ok, updated plugins.
    3. Now I get this error:

    I can’t also not login to the wordpress website  https://login.www.remarpro.com

    It give login not existing. It can be that they are under maintenance and some server are not connected but it does not sound good!

    What to do now???????

    try this first: login to your webhosting account file manager – find the directory for the plugin google-listings-and-ads. rename the plugin’s folder to something like google-listings-and-ads-old. renaming the plugin’s folder will deactivate the plugin. if that was the main source of the error, then you might be able to get into your website’s admin dashboard.

    great, thanks Lisa, this worked fine. I previously tried similar solutions but yours made it.

    Now I have access to the website wordpress dashboard.

    But I have to have back the wordpress account that I think it has been hacked, I cannot anymore login to the wordpress account on https://wordpress.com/log-in/ !. It says inexistant email.

    Who I can ask to have the account back?? It seems that there is no support from wordpress.

    the strange thing is that with the link to this message I see my profile enricodaxem, but from https://wordpress.com/log-in/

    it says user does not exist, but I see the page that I am logged! and the email is the right one, double checked. Tried with firefox and chrome browser. Cache deleted.

    Additionally Jetpack from my website dashboard says:

    Brute force attack protection

    98,601

    Blocked malicious login attempts.

    Seems I am in trouble.
