WordPress login and password reset doesnot work, nor

  • I am unable to log into my website’s admin backend.
    When I visit the login page and enter my username and password the site redirects/refreshes the login page with no errors.

    when i tried resetting pass word it says “Could not save password reset key to database.”
    Nothing on the site other than post content has been changed, its a daily updated site. it just suddenly stopped working.
    Later i tried resetting password through my phpmyadmin . it did not solve the issue.
    My host tried resetting permissions even that did not wrk.
    please help

    It seems that the issue may be a problem with your commercial theme. You can find support for that here: https://community.mythemeshop.com/

    Meantime, with a theme like 2015 set, turn plugins back on, one at a time, until you find the one that’s causing your redirection issue.

    before i could do that it logged out me from the wordpress dash board and again I am unable to login
    I have deactivated all plugins still not able to login
