WordPress login and dynamic form saving problem

  • Hello, i have a premium theme called listing pro which is a business directory, everything on the site is updated, i have a specific problem, i can log in to the website from the back end fine, but if i try to log in from the front end it just loads forever, and it annoys me that it doesn’t show any errors in the logs. The same problem happens with a dynamic form it has for people that want to post their own listings, after you fill the form and you press the submit button it does the same thing it loads forever and again there is no log errors.

    I tried many stuff, i changed php settings i rolled back wordpress i disabled every plugin, i changed file permissions, i changed the htaccess. Its stubborn, it doesn’t want to work. Please if anyone can help me ill be grateful. Thanks

    Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Yeah i understand that but don’t most of us use a commercial theme? Im just asking for help on wordpress level, i mentioned the theme just as extra info.
