WordPress /login/ and /dashboard/ shortcuts don't work

Hi John, thanks for the great plugin.
It works really well for us, however we have noticed that WordPress’ in-built login/dashboard shortcuts don’t work when coming soon or maintenance mode is enabled.
https://example.com/login/
https://example.com/dashboard/Without the plugin, those shortcuts redirect to /wp-login.php and /wp-admin/ respectively, but with the plugin turned on the shortcuts don’t work.
WordPress added this feature in 3.4. Is it possible to update the plugin so that these work?
