WordPress log in problem

    i don’t know what is exactly wrong with my website 36thframe.com whenever i log in to my dashboard it works fine but only for few minutes after two or thee minutes it starts behaving strangely when i try to make any changes in my website i get error messages as follows

    what could be reason for this all other sites work just fine .please note that this problem resolve itself when i log off and log in again but only for few more second.
    this is really frustrating for novice like me

  • Have you checked with your hosting company?

    Have you tried deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing problems?

    i have only to plugins installed and deactivated them one by one but it did not solve the problem. i haven’t tried to contact hosting company yet
