WordPress LMS plugin – with SCROM and LTI

Hello LMS provider,
1) We are planning to integrate LMS which support SCORM files to upload courses.
2) Payment method should be Stripe.
3) Most Important Feature: We want to use LTI Provider which can use single-sign on for the user to connect with course and DON’T redirect to any external URL. It will not ask again for login to the user.
This is what we need in the coming next 6 months.This is already have in Moodle:
