WordPress Links Issue

Hello buddys
i have a strange issue with my links for my website
each of them appear with a strange number at the end ..anybody can tell me how to fix this ?

it shows like this : https://i39.tinypic.com/fjgab7.jpg

everything works normal ..but that #unuvgul9cfm looks ugly
