(WordPress) Let user choose what he will see on your site

I hope someone could help me.I have a site about TV programs (http: // picks.me TV) and I want to add a function to allow users to choose what they want to read on the site.
Here is a example, on a Behance project.

Does anyone know how can I do this? With a plugin or code.
