WordPress language

Hi,
My Word Press site is in English.
However when customers contact me via “Contact Us” page or place order with Woo Commerce they can insert characters that are not in English. For example: Hebrew, Arabic, Turkish, Korean.

I have no way to understand these letters.

How do I force WordPress to allow only English recognized letters?
All settings I found are for display.. in what language the site will appear I didn’t find any setting that force language for input.
