WordPress keeps logging users out

    Hi,

    I’m having a problem. All the time that you click on any page inside My Accont it keeps logging me out. It’s a real problem for my customers, they are not able to make a purchase in a clean way, it takes several attempts.

    Does anyone know what’s going on?

  • Hello Jesús,

    I recommend enabling debugging, as it may provide a more specific error message:
    Debugging in WordPress

    Also, check your .htaccess file for any rules or redirects that may be interfering. Renaming the file is an easy way to test. Just rename it back after testing.

    Fixed. It was the cache plugin. I just disabled any cache on all the URL inside my account.
