WordPress keeps logging me out on backend

    WordPress keeps logging me out after 10 or 20 seconds later when I am on backend. And also some strange things happenning: When I login again the site goes back to old hours(Like some new posts dont appear, some plugins which I have deactivated before seen reactivated and so on). Sometimes it says your session ended or Error: You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value.
    How can I fix?

    Perhaps you have an overly-aggressive cache on your site or server, which is caching items behind wp-admin (this is rare but it could be possible).

    I see you have Cloudflare nameservers on the domain and the service appears to be active. I recommend pausing Cloudflare (which does its own caching) as well as deactivating any server-side caches and caching plugins to see if this helps. If it doesn’t, try deactivating all plugins (it appears you have at least one plugin that modifies login behavior by adding a captcha, so all plugins in addition to caches should be deactivated during research). If you have trouble deactivating all plugins from the WP Admin because of your login issue, you can use the options listed at the link below to deactivate them:

    Tried deactivating all the caching plugins and pausing cloudflare but it doesnt work.(i did it from cpanel)
    I believe some caching files causes this but couldnt find what that is.

    I have tested it with mobile puffin browser and it doesnt log me out. However some plugins which i already activated before are deactivated and sometimes old posts appears sometimes newer ones appears.

    On all desktop chrome and opera whether private mode or not it logs out.

    Okay found the problem was cloudflare. So how can I correctly use cloudflare?
