WordPress isn't working anymore, who changed the coding???

I used WordPress for several years now with zero problems. Everything worked fine until this month.

Suddenly, out of the blue, there is a different system running. Stupid pop ups for example when I post a link, this thing pops up in the way telling me this is a link. Utterly useless and it gets in the way and is most annoying and interrupts my writing.

There are other bad changes. Suddenly, I can’t post videos anymore. When I use the ‘you tube’ option, nothing happens.

What on earth is going on here? I pay for this service! I want to talk to some real person here and not have this complaint ignored, I left Blogger due to them messing with the coding, too.
