WordPress is timing out – can't edit anything!

Hello–
One day my website was working fine; the next day it wasn’t.
The slideshow on my homepage (above) is not displaying. When I login to WordPress, I can’t get the home page to even display for me to try to troubleshoot the issue.
Forms are not displaying on the following pages:

https://franklintexas.org/your-chamber/spotlight-your-business/I recently upgraded to WordPress 4.1, but the slideshow and forms were not displaying prior to this upgrade.
And like I said, every time I log in to my dashboard, my pages time out trying to load them to troubleshoot any of the issues. I am not able to even edit a page or post!
I don’t know if this is a theme issue or a WordPress issue since WordPress keeps timing out when trying to edit!!!
