WordPress is not upgrading and cannot upgrade other plugins and themes after rec

I made a recovery on my website and after that I cannot update my wordpress, my themes, plugins…
This is the error that shows up when I try to upgrade the wordpress:

The update could not be unpacked
Installation Failed
And this is the error it gives me when I try to upgrade a plugin:

Installing the latest version…
Removing the old version of the plugin…
Plugin update failed.
An error occurred while updating plugin-name: Could not create directory. directory/html/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name/.And it’s not from the permissions either…
