WordPress is giving me trouble: no posts load, directories don’t load, ugh

I just reinstalled WordPress on my NixOS box. I originally used a configuration via a .nix file which is how most services and programs are installed with NixOS. Problem was NixOS method is a PITA, but I have found both Docker and main way has been frustrating too. I manually installed via instructions on www.remarpro.com but as I said basically no posts will load(imported from the xml I made before i uninstalled and reinstalled. But imported or came with they give a 404 Not found message. Also [ redundant link removed ] will load, but/wp-admin/ gives a 403 Forbidden error. Again /wp-admin/index.php loads fine.
