    i wish to add all worpdress.org / wordpress.com .. ip to my firewall
    how can i find the lists

    Why do you need to do that? I mean, what are you trying to accomplish when you get those IPs?

    www.remarpro.com does at the moment have a fixed set of IPs. WordPress.COM is massively distributed and those IPs will not be obtainable.
