The current IP address of www.remarpro.com is 198.143.164.252, but this may change arbitrarily. Ideally you would be able to use a hostname but I appreciate that this is often not possible. You could set a cron job to regularly update the IP address in your firewall rules if it does change.

Thanks for your reply. yes, we have whitelisted the above IP’s in our firewall and able to update plugins without an issue but while updating WordPress we are getting the below error. from a permission perspective, everything looks fine and we suspect the firewall is causing this issue. Kindly help

192.0.77.48,198.143.164.250,198.143.164.252 IP’s are already whitelisted in our firewall
