WordPress installing again after uploading from remote to live

I have built a WordPress site remotely.
I uploaded the site files via filezilla onto my hosting provider.
Modified the wp-config.php file for database name , user id, password, and hostname.
Imported the remote sql to live sql site.
Modified the wp_options from mysql for siteurl, home etc.

now I tried accessing my site using domain name and was expecting the remote site to appear as live site.

but this didnt happened

WordPress installation started instead. I still proceeded with installation and then i checked the site. it opened as a blank wordpress page.

which step i did wrong?

how can I get my site live?

I followed all tutorials for this context still I got this result.

what might have gone wrong?
