WordPress installed in subdirectory

  • Hi there, my problem is that your plugin works on the LOCAL wordpress installation but not on the one ONLINE, ONLINE it installs correctly, it appears in the database options but the bar doesn’t appear. The difference between the two is that the LOCAL is installed in the root domain while the ONLINE is in a subdirectory.
    Do you think this is the problem? Can you advice a quick fix?

    Hello Ciroxxx,
    actually, the cookiebar should be shown in whatever situation, root domain or subdomain with no differences.
    One thing that comes to my mind is that your website doesn’t actually set any HTML cookie, so the cookieBAR remains hidden.

    Could you send me a message with your website url, so that I can do some further investigations?

    Hi Tox82, It was a cache problem with the server, this is the reason why I didn’t see the plugin bar.
