wordpress installed but wp-admin/install.php keep showing up

I just had the latest wordpress version installed successfully in two domains, but one of them every time I try to open it pressing just Ctrl+Enter it keep getting back to install page although wordpress is installed and I can view it but just if I entered website.com without any www in the start, so I don’t really understand what is wrong, the other domain is in the same server but it work both ways www or not…
Is anybody familiar with this problem?
