WordPress Installed but won't work

Does it give you any errors, or can’t you just access it? How did you re-install your WordPress?

Thanks for the reply. I already resolve the issue. I was able to locate the error file.

I have done 2 re-installs of WP but still can not get the Twenty Fifteen theme to show up so that I can customize it. When I go to the page, all I get is a spinning disk in the center where the site preview should be. Help!
