WordPress Installation problem on Dreamhost

Visit your site again or use a different browser, at this point you can create the admin user so it’s really not safe to post the link right now, you ar an admin should edit this fast !!!

Thanks for your reply. I see that it’s working now, but it won’t accept any of my user names or passwords.

try the 3rd one prbably somebody set it up for you with his/hers password my advice is to reinstall wordpress all toghether, you had a big security issue!

Wow some people are just pathetic if that is the case. So in my domain host would I go to manage my installs and delete all info? Then download the install again? Thanks for the advice, I have some basic Site5, Wiki, and html experience, but just haven’t built my own website before.

Yes. One of the pages that came up said to re-install WordPress I must clear my databases first. On my domain host I can see that a weird user name was created (by someone else), so I deleted that database and I’m waiting for the changes to take affect

WOO! I think I am getting somewhere!!!!! I re-installed WP and created new admin, now I’m in!

If you originally installed WP yourself, then no one tampered with your password. You probably mis-remembered your login details.

FYI, I have installed several WP sites in Dreamhost and it takes longer for it to actually happen than the email notice suggests. So that’s what happened with your original problem.
