WordPress Installation on Dreamhost

I just ran the 1-click install on Dreamhost and when I click on the link in the email from Dreamhost to get things rolling the page that opens gives me the following error msgs:

Warning: main(../wp-config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/.xenon/eyebeat/sainteyebeat.com/europa/wp-admin/install.php on line 5

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘../wp-config.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/.xenon/eyebeat/sainteyebeat.com/europa/wp-admin/install.php on line 5

Any idea what I should do next? (I sent a msg to Dreamhost support.)j
