WordPress Installation Failed

  • I had used latest wordpress 4.1.1 setup then install on local with virtual host and without it as normal https://localhost/directory_name then i have been problem with fresh installation failed

    I have done install xampp in windows 7 twice and check in database every 11 tables have empty records there,i am not sure that what is actual cause?

    Please somebody help me and thanks a lot
