wordpress inside wordpress

I have installed wordpress inside as a subfolder to a wordpress website
https://mywebsite.com/wordpress01/wordpress02/
both worked fine, until i set the permlinks on. the permlinks of wordpress01 still works fine. but the permlinks wordpress02 has to be removed. is there any way to enable permliinks for both?
