WordPress inserting images on posts width 1px height 1px

Have you tried:

– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

What else can I try?

Can we see the site?. Preferably a page using one of these 1px images.

They are shown as is.

Re installed everything, but the problem persists.

I put the Twenty Thirteen theme.

I also disabled all the plugins, even via FTP by renaming plugins.hold folder.

I checked and the post continues the same:

Image is supposed to be aligned to the left. Of course I could modify manually width and height…. bu why is it working like that?

I can’t eitheir insert media galleries because they are all inserted with 1px width & 1px height.

There are many errors in css. I am not sure why.

The source shows this (also note no alignment information)

Yes, the horsetrailer image shoud be a thumbnail aside the post, with the exerpt of the post.(that’s why no alignment)

In settings, media what is the thumbnail size?

Thumbnail 150×150
Medium 300×300
Large 1024×1024

I noticed that the option for selecting size (thumb, medium, complete size) is not available.

After the reinstall is this still the case?
