WordPress Indicating I need to Upgrade?

    For some reason my WordPress dashboard section is displaying the # 1 with a red circle beside the Testimonials section on the panel on the left identical to the WordPress indicator showing you need to upgrade a plugin.

    Yet I seem to have the latest version…. Anything else I am missing here?
