Hi, probably it’s not a subfolder problem but a problem I’m facing on some installations and that I’m fixing right now. Can you send me an example of not working link?

    Stefano.

    Thanks for your quick respons!

You’re right, I missed the fact that the link seems to be correct.

    This is an example: https://www.justrelay.be/site/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/confirm.php?nk=3-bb2a5eab91

On this site, I have a “coming soon” page. If it can help you, I can give you a login to see the site as it will be (but I prefer to give it in a PM of course ?? )

PS: I turned the coming soon page off to give it a try, but it made no difference as far as I can see…

Hi, that link is correct, but your webspace is configured in a way, as it seems, to block it.

Can you check with your provider?

    Stefano.

I knew it wasn’t the reason, because I used this provider before. But you helped me to find the solution!

It seems that the plugin “404 Redirection” considers this url to be a missing page. That’s the reason why it was rejected. Deactivate the plugin did the tric.

Thanks for your time. I hope this can help another user in the future.

    Keep up the good work!

PS: I just gave this plugin and your support a review that you deserve!
