wordpress in iis webserver not working

  • I have installed my wordpress site in iis webserver and a .net application in the same server but the wordpress is not working is showing 404 error, and when i remove the application the wordpress site works does anybody know what is causing the issue?

    url of the wordpress site is something like mysite.com and the url of the application is like mysite.com/myapp,
    any configuration error in the wordpress site or in iis server?
    Does anybody know?
