WordPress in frame refresh issue

  • hey guys,

    I’ve got WordPress in an old school frameset with a player in the top frame and my wordpress site in the bottom. https://fileundermusic.com/site.html

    It works well, EXCEPT, it flashes or reloads each time i got to a webpage within the site.

    It doesn’t do this when it’s not in the frame (https://fileundermusic.com/label/

    Anybody got any ideas on how to cache the page or something so that it doesn’t reload for each new section??

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
