WordPress Importer

  • I transferred posts over from .com to .org a month or two ago. Now I just want to tidy things up on the back end. But I am wondering. If I deactivate WI, will all my content disappear?

    Can I get rid of the WordPress Importer plug in without messing up my blog?

    If the content is on the new site then you wont have a problem when deleting the plugin, the data is now on the new server.

    In my opinion you can delete the Importer plugin, be safe and backup your site before you do so.
