WordPress images uploading to /files/ directory

  • Hi,

    I have recently installed a Network installation of wordpress and found that after uploading images they were showing up but the directory they reside in is /files/2018/04/img-name.jpg

    The files are showing up however whenever I upload products to woocommerce in bulk (csv) they dont show in the product page.

    I am now stuck and in need of assistance?

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hey Chris,

    Did you check, first, how your blog admin is configured regarding file uploads?
    Admin > Settings > Media (or wp-admin/options-media.php ), lines “Store uploads in this folder” and “Full URL path to files”. Maybe something other than the default wp-content/uploads and *blank* is filled in?
