• Hi.
    Really need help please. Customer messaged me her website images weren’t loading. I’ve not done a lot of WordPress work and this site was already built when I was engaged to work on it. Recently SSL cert was updated and needs an update on the site but that hasn’t caused this (I believe).
    I’ve checked the Plugins and switched a few off/on and no change. Media library hasn’t changed and seriously can’t see why this has happened. Chrome continued to load images for me but slowly even after clearing cache. it doesn’t load on mobile or Edge browser.
    Been looking into this for 2 days and can’t find the issue.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Chrome says

    1Asset-1mydriveschool.png:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
    the_safest_way_to_learn_seat_only_white_surround_clipped_rev_1-800x535.png:1

    The common name for the cert, according to the view my cert panel, is

    Common Name (CN) mydriveschool.com

    When I inspect one of the missing images, I see

    <img src="https://www.mydriveschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/1Asset-1mydriveschool.png" srcset="https://www.mydriveschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/1Asset-1mydriveschool.png 1x, https://www.mydriveschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/[email protected] 2x" width="" height="" alt="myDRIVESCHOOL Logo" retina_logo_url="https://www.mydriveschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/[email protected]" class="fusion-standard-logo">

    You need to add “www.mydriveschool.com” to the cert or fix all your images so they reference the domain without “www.”.
