WordPress Image Importation has unexpected results

    Without rollbacking my images on my main site, Optimole images don’t seem to import correctly on my staging site using the official WordPress importer.

    Instead I get this:

    Images associated with different post types show as different images, but the same image for that post type is repeated, all image files are named image.jpg. Image WP name is correct. Non-image files import correctly.

    I remember Vitis stating in a previous thread that images should show up correctly without needing to rollback everything. Is this a bug?

    I’m editing my reply as it has recently changed, we had an issue before that images were not available when a domain changes during the migration but the problem was addressed so now there shouldn’t be any issues in this scenario.

    So would I need to rollback the images if the domain name change still?

    @nazrinn,

    This should no longer be needed, the problem was fixed so rolling back images are not needed even if you change the domain.
