WordPress IDE like manager

    am really confused, i was reading about a plugin that could allow you to access your directory and upload and download and modify codes from within the wordpress dashboard.

    will this plugin allow me to access my .htaccess even though i don’t have my FTP credentials! if yes then this is awesome.
