When receiving emails from the WP system, the emails come with the WP logo instead of the one I added in the site identity. How do I fix this?

What kind of emails do you mean and where can you see a logo in them?

Background to the question: WordPress itself only sends emails relating to access data – and these are plaintext emails without graphics.

These emails come from a divi contact form. See the image here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OlEpvBlFpLJv8WnSSjkvT9PR7u2OPvhe/view?usp=drive_link

Then I would recommend you to contact their support: https://divi.help – as Divi is a commercial software, unfortunately they cannot help you here in the forum.

Already did that, they told me it was a word press issue.

One last thing, if it’s a divi issue, why does the WP logo show? That makes no sense.

Ok, then please show the email under a link that you can also reach. You have to authenticate yourself at the one above.

    I don’t understand the request?

The link to Google Drive you posted above leads to a login screen. I can’t see any file there. Please provide screenshots without the additional need to log into any system.

The icons you see there are set and displayed by your e-mail programme. This is not controlled by your WordPress. The sender of the email is probably in the address book of the email programme and the icon is stored there. Or the programme recognises by means of a keyword (such as wordpress@ for the sender) that the e-mail comes from a WordPress. You should be able to find more details in the manual of your e-mail programme.
