WordPress HTTPS not showing SSL

I have a WP Genesis site with an Agency Pro Theme, I have an SSL in place over the site, but the https:// does not appear at my URL. The site works but does not show any SSL certification. I have changed the https:// in the General>Setting tab to https:// and have activated WordPress HTTPS plugin. I changed my IP at Cloudflare to reflect my new IP address and still nothing.
Funny thing is when I am in my WP dashboard and select “Visit My Site” at menu it displays the URL https://reynoldspest.com, but gives the Error Message “Unable to Load”. I have cleared caches, and all the other porges but no success. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
