WordPress how to add something to every page

Okay so i have a website and it already has some pages on it, i want to make a vertical menu/list of categories that people can click on so for example on my home page the list is there, and i want the list to always show up on the right side.

So on the home page there would be a list with items for example theres Phones, Computers, Monitors, Speakers all in a vertical list and they all have links, and when someone clicks on the link it will take them to a page like website.com/phones, etc.

Then, once theyre on that link, the menu is STILL there on the right so they can easily click onto another category.
