I’m sorry, we’re unable to support commercial products in these forums. Please seek assistance through the vendor where you purchased the theme.

Thanks for your reply. Know Forget about commercial use. If i am using Hello WordPress theme and build a website by using Elementor Pro plugin, Then how can i solve this problem.

Is the mobile menu part of your theme or is it an Elementor Pro element? Since it sounds like the problem persists despite changing themes I strongly suspect the issue is with Elementor Pro itself. You should seek help through the vendor where you acquired Elementor Pro or directly from Elementor itself.

Before going there, you can at least confirm the problem is not due to a theme or plugin conflict. As a test, switch to a default Twenty* theme and deactivate all other plugins besides Elementor Pro. If the problem still persists, then continue to Elementor Pro support. If the problem is resolved, restore your normal theme and plugins, one at a time, testing after each. When the problem recurs, the last activated module is the cause.

Consider seeking assistance through that module’s dedicated support channel. They may say it’s an Elementor issue and that you should seek help through Elementor. And Elementor support may say the opposite. If you get stuck in the middle of this finger pointing your only option may be to decide which is less important and do without or find an alternative that does not conflict.
