WordPress Hero Section Overwriting Height?

I custom coded a website, then turned it into a Custom WordPress theme. Everything came out great, but the one problem I’m having that I can’t figure out is the hero section container height being overwritten. The CSS is the exact same, and I have gone back and forth 100 times and can’t figure it out. It’s easier to show than explain, look at the difference in the hero image height in the 2 links below:
