WordPress header andd footer for phpBB

I loose a day for integrate my blog graphic in a phpbb forum. I’ve read hundred articles, but without a helpful guide! So please, help me (and sorry for my english)

I need to use the wordpress header and footer on a new phpbb forum, but what I’ve to do? Tried to copy the source in the overall_header/footer, tried to include wp-blog-header in my forum index.php but not works good. Maybe i put them in wrong files!

I’m crazy for this! Maybe I just need the right way to call WP functions on a non-wordpress site? Please, can anyone help me with this?
