wordpress hacked my domains stolen and i cant access dashboard

So my political advocancy website has been hacked, defaced and my domains stolen. they however did a hatchet job and the domain is still up so in theory i could log into my wordpress and fix things while i sort the domain issues. however when i do the /wp-admin i cant log in and i end up redirected to the .net version which i also owned. how can i restore wordpress?
