WordPress Godaddy Hosted Site has a phantom "Viagra" a href link

The viagra link is not in the header.php file, and when altered it always follows the first linked item. Please help, because Godaddy will not. I took this over for a friend of mine and the WP version was way old, so I updated to 4.2.2 but still persists. I disabled all plugins, no change. I did a sql dump and scanned the data for “viagra” and could not find anything. Can someone please help????
