WordPress Gallery not show scroll buttons

  • Hi, I’m having problems with wordpress gallery (not plugin): when I click on a gallery image, it opens wide screen, with black background, but I can’t see scroll buttons. So I need to go back to the gallery to browse next image.
    Once scroll buttons were shown, so I upgraded both WordPress and theme (Sliding Door), but it did not work.
    How can I fix this problem?

  • Can you please place a screenshot here?

    Was this working for you before you updated WP and the theme? If yes, please try activating another theme and see if this issue still persists. If not, there may be something in the theme.

    Also if you have some plugins installed already, please deactivate all of them first and check if your issue gets resolved. If yes, keep activating plugins one by one and monitor on which plugin activation the issue pops up.

    Hi, gallery was not working before I updated WP. I tried both activating another theme and deactivating plugins but the problem was not solved.
    How can I attach a screenshot here? (My site is https://www.lorenart.it)
