WordPress Gallery – Drag and Drop not working

Hi guys, I found out that WordPress gallery has some bug ? I’m using version 5.9 and when I add photos to the gallery I can’t change order of images with drag and drop function. I tried this on 3 websites, deactivates all plugins but still not working. I’m using Chrome, I tried it on Firefox and Edge too. But same result.
