WordPress galleries not showing on mobile

  • Please help!

    None of the many galleries I have created for my website are showing up on my mobile. I have searched all over the place online and have not found anything to fix the issues.

    I am just using the standard Gallery in www.remarpro.com. Not using Elementor. Using Avada Theme.

    Does anyone have a solution to this?

    This does not sound like normal gallery functionality. WordPress doesn’t hide any galleries on mobile so there may be a plugin or theme setting/override doing this. Unfortunately, your linked website is under construction and cannot be seen by the public ( do not paste any credentials here ). My suggestion would be to reach out to the Avada Support via their support routes to help you solve this issue. If it’s not an issue with the theme or their supported plugins they’ll be able to tell you so. You can find their support linked below:

    Another, more daring option is to install the WordPress Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This will allow you to safely disable plugins and themes so you can narrow down specifically where the issue lies. Activating the theme, then checking the mobile galleries, if it works then it’s a plugin issue and you would need to activate each plugin on by one until you find the culprit.
