WordPress Forms Notification emails are not being received in Outlook

  • Our email is set up through Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook.

    We are able to see the form submissions on our dashboard.
    We are able to receive notifications if we use our gmail account, but we do not receive when we use our Outlook account.

    We prefer to use Outlook for efficiency and flow of business.

    How can we solve this problem?

    We have tried the top 3 SMTP plugins…but have not been able to get any of them set up properly in order to work. We feel super stuck and frustrated. Thanks for your help!
