WordPress For Business? (Cart)

I am new to wordpress but will hopefully get a grasp of it all sooner than later. I am working on a t-shirt business site and since my expertise is very limited, I decided to use one of those companies that offer sitebuilder. This is great and all but the blog they offer with the templates is neither user friendly or easy on the eyes. What I am truly looking for is something like this: https://www.bernos.org How easy is it to put something like that together? I have never modified wordpress templates either..but I can tackle that I suppose.

Any assistance would be VERY helpful. I am pressed for time and need a viable alternative to what is already on the table asap.
