WordPress fix broke App Synchronization?

    It Appears that the file structure change made recently had something to do with the file synchronization with WSO/Meeting Guide tables. Spoke with WSO this morning (9/23/19 @ around 9am) and was informed that it may take 12 hours to refresh. Still nothing in the app that mirrors the website (https://www.fresnoaa.org/meetings/?tsml-day=2) for our area. (Location=Fresno CA)
    Previously, the URL that resolved to the Home page was https://www.fresnoaa.org/gfaia/wp/
    After the file move, the URL resolved to: https://www.fresnoaa.org/
    Which is what it should be. My question is this. would moving the files of the Meeting Guide plugin in WordPress make the current settings configured at GSO for retrieving updates from the plugin obsolete? if so, who would I need to contact to request to change the setting at GSO?
