WordPress Featured Video is saving all the images with the same name

Hello to everyone, as the title says all images are saved with the same name and that does weird stuff on my sharing, like wrong images as thumbnails. Anyone knows how to fix this?

This is done everytime I set the format to “video” and I add a featured video. That being said it means that the post automatically plugs in a featured image for the post, which is of course (has to be) the thumbnail of the video, but having the same name for all the thumbnails generates problems.
